I like to ensure that each client(s) that uses our services, are able to not only receive the best results to meet their fitness goals and need. But to also receive a better education of how they were able to achieve that set goal(s). My business stand on four principles; consistency, dedication, work ethic, and fun!!
I have been a personal trainer for the last eight years. I have been training for the last seventeen years. I have a background in exercise science from NASM that has helped me understand the human movement system and how to effectively apply its understanding to get the proper benefit from the body.

How did you get started teaching?
I had been training for years from middle school years throughout college. It quickly became a passion of mine, so I finally decided to make it one of my career paths.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages from 8 year olds to 65 year olds.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I compete, so from a competition perspective, all of what I teach I found was apart of competing. As a former athlete, having all of that discipline helped me put everything in perspective.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to not only hire a teacher that will just teach, hire them that can coach you to success and leave an impact on you so great, that your old ways and habits are non-existing. And that you are better because of that impact. Also make sure they are knowledgeable bout what they are providing or can at least get the resources to help you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Just be specific. It helps greatly when we know exactly what it is as a student you are asking.
