I am very passionate about being a personal trainer. I enjoy helping my clients to meet their fitness goals and to develop new plateaus for them to reach. I thrive on the challenge to vary creative workouts dependent upon each client's individual needs during the fitness session. I myself enjoy endurance fitness and have completed 13 marathons, 8 half marathons, 2 triathlons, 5 half Ironmans and 2 Ironmans. I am proud of the work I do and continue to educate myself so I can be the best at my profession and provide vast knowledge and the newest innovations in personal training.
Armando is a fantastic trainer. His workouts are challenging, he will modify it if I am injured and he will give me stretches and exercises to help if I am injured. His workouts are different each time and he always pushes me to go a little further than last week.
Variety of workouts aimed at focusing on raising overall level of fitness through strength, cardio and flexibility training.
Armando really challenges me. He has great energy and enthusiasm. His exercises incorporates several muscle groups at the same time that ensures a complete, full body workout. I've been training with Armando for about 3 years. During that time my overall strength, balance and stamina has improved.
Each week, Armando develops a 1-hour workout that challenges my strength, balance and flexibility. Over the course of those sessions, he puts me through a wide range of exercises, and they are never the same from week to week. That ensures that I'm engaged mentally as well as physically because it's never the same thing over & over. He has also chosen a facility with a wide variety of equipment which enable him to keep that variety going. Finally, we get along well and are constantly poking each other in the ribs during our sessions - it's a challengeing but fun workout that I always look forward to.
First, I assess any injuries or pains that the client may have. We discuss the overall fitness and nutrition goals that he/she would like to work toward. I watch for fluidity in movement and flexibility during an exercise assessment and then we get to work on a program that is appropriate for the client.
