​I have been training clients for over 11 years. I have worked with a wide variety of clients in multiple settings. I specialize in functional movement. I believe in building a strong foundation that will support you for the rest of your life. A strong foundation in fitness is being able to move functionally and do everyday activities pain free because your body has the support that it needs. I train my clients to strengthen all the supporting muscles in the body to protect their knees, back, and shoulders. A strong foundation also includes making healthier choices in diet and sleep.
