Hello! I find personal training enjoyable, as it is always good to see the smile on my trainees' faces when they have a had a good, fulfilling workout. As we all know, getting in shape is not easy, but that does not mean that working out can't be enjoyable! Depending on the trainee's goals, I like to incorporate a mixture of cardio and resistance training (machines, free weights). I even like the occasional run/workout outdoors!
I have been an enthusiastic gym user for close to 25 years and enjoy the feeling that being in shape provides! Our Anytime Fitness facility in Hillview will turn 8 years old this Fall, and we have helped thousands of people reach their health and fitness goals!
