About
I am an NSCA-CPT, PN1 Nutrition Coach and a Class I 56kg USPA Powerlifter. I am currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition through Shaw Academy which is accredited by Edinburgh Napier University. I BLS/CPR certified.
I specialize in strength and conditioning, periodized strength training, hypertrophic/bodybuilding programs and powerlifting coaching. I can provide services for any fitness goal, however, including general toning, flexibility, mobility, and aerobic endurance.
I also provide nutrition coaching including an initial assesment, macro setting and assistance tracking and meal planning.
Giving back to clients what fitness has given to me is a dream come true.
I love motivating and teaching people to hit their goals, whatever they may be, and become the best, healthiest versions of themselves.
