We tailor an individualized program around the client instead of forcing the client into general mode. We start with the 5 basic movements of the body without weight, balance, coordination and flexibility.
I enjoy helping others learn things about their bodies that they never knew possible. I had a stroke when I was 3 years old and I was always made aware of what could not be possible and I don't want anyone to feel how I felt.
I have been training with Iisha for about a year and my results have been completely satisfying. It is never boring and she pushes me to do things that I never thought I would be able to do. She is a great trainer.

Iisha genuinely shows interest in my fitness. When I mention that I need to increase my flexibility or strength in one area, she spends time outside of the gym and during sessions focusing on those areas. I have noticed my upper body becoming stronger and I sleep better on the days that I have sessions. Also, my tension and stress is lower on the days I have sessions and my overall stiffness decreases when I do sessions. She also has had me do exercises with bands that strengthen my muscles but do not cause soreness. She provides challenges but also calibrates the exercises to my strength, fitness, and flexibility level. She also is extremely understanding of my work schedule and works to find times that work for me.
Discuss and create SMART goals, figure out if we can schedule a session, pay for session a head of time, get a baseline of where you are in order to figure out what actually needs to be improved.
