Drawing on my Ivy League football, ACC football, and Ivy League Olympic sport experiences, as well as my work with professional and regional soccer academies, whether you’re an aspiring athlete or looking to enhance your fitness, I know what it takes to succeed. I hold a MSc in Strength and Conditioning from MDX University (London Sports Institute) and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Morehouse College. My background also includes training para-Olympic athletes, school record-holding achievements in track and field, and championship wins in collegiate track and cross-country.
