It doesn't matter where we start, as long as we get going! As you conduct research I would be offering you my 1st session FREE! That way you can get a better feel for me and my training style before you commit to anything and we can discuss your past exercise experience and nutrition. Nutrition would also be included with my services. Main reason people stay with me for years is because I care, and that shows in my training, approach and client results!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If we're training online going through my application process and answering some questions is how we would start. Scheduling a time for us to jump on a phone or zoom call would be the next step. From there depending on the package you wanted to go with we would start the onboarding process which I would explain and walk you through.
In person I jump on a phone or zoom call still and schedule a free in person consult to go through a movement screen and to find out where you're at currently physically then discuss your goals more in depth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated N.P.T.I (National Personal Training Institute) 2006
N.A.S.M- CPT
Online Training Academy Certified
BJJ- Black Belt
This is more then a "job" to me, it's my passion. I'm constantly learning and seeking to improve my skillset to help my clients. I'm always challenging myself to improve my knowledge and have a high level of experience on different functional strength training and mobility methods. I also work different Gymnastic movements, kettlebells and Muay Thai Kickboxing into my workouts as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
All of my online packages have prices listed under each one and payment type.
In person training ranges based on frequency and or if it's 1 person or a 2, etc.
How did you get started teaching?
I knew this is what I wanted to do from a young age and just went after it. Knowing the positive impact I can make on someone's life and them impacting others is very fulfilling.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There are a TON of trainers out there. Making sure you get the right one is SUPER important to your success, your goals, your long term health and your future. Go through a consult with me online or in person and you will understand the difference!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Have a fitness budget in mind, how serious you're to get to your goals and what your schedules like. Communication is key 🔑, and the more we can understand each other the better!
