Being in my 60’s and having trained people for over 20 years, I understand what it is to workout when you are not 20 anymore.
I enjoy seeing people getting a new sense of how amazing it is to become functionally fit. Improving balance, coordination, getting stronger. All these are realistic goals if you follow the right protocols.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First hour is mostly assessments and getting to know who the new students are, what their goal is and how important it is for them. From there we design a startegy in 5 phases.

certified pilates instructor, certified personal trainer(NASM), certified Gyrotonic instructor.
Background in martial arts, rock climbing and windsurf.

How did you get started teaching?
Started in 1999 as I was living in Belgium. I haven't stopped since and it's been my full time job. Loved the interaction with customers as I help them become a better version of themselves.
