We offer group fitness classes as well as one on one training. Our programs are total-body and they are the perfect balance of strength, endurance, and balance training. Any body can train with us. We meet our clients where they are and we take them where they want to be.

The best thing about the work I do is seeing people achieve things they couldn't do last week, last month, last year. I love watching people grow and get stronger, faster, and healthier. We also have fun doing it. Fitness is hard enough, it should be enjoyable too.

We typically start with an interview to learn about goals and any physical injuries or restrictions. Then, the first workout is part workout, part assessment to see what the student's beginning level is. From there, we build a program to get the student from where they are now to where they want to go.

Private Lessons are $75 each when you purchase 20. Other options are $90 each when you purchase 10 and $100 each when you purchase 5. Single sessions are priced at $120. All sessions are one hour long.
I was asked by a friend who owned a gym if I'd be interested in teaching some classes. I tried it and instantly fell in love with the work. After one year, I quit my day job and became a full time fitness coach.
I've worked with students as young as middle school age up to 70 years old. I've worked with elite athletes, deconditioned people just starting out in fitness, and everything in between. I can work with any age, any body type, and any fitness level.
