My name is Michelle! I own Train Your Way Fitness in Saint Louis Park with my husband Mitch. I am currently a Doctor of Chiropractic student at Northwestern Health Sciences University and have been personal training for over 4 years! Because of this, I offer both extensive experience and knowledge to my clients. On top of that, I have some of the most affordable, flexbile training options in the Twin Cities. I have worked with a variety of clients ranging in all ages, genders, injuries, and experience levels.

Typically, I start with some type of consultation. These vary depending on the service, but I offer both virtual or in-person consultations. These consultations help us to connect, learn more about each other, and see if we would be a good match to work together! In-person consultations typically take around 45-60 minutes. Virtual consultations typically take around 30-45 minutes. Consultations are FREE!
I am currently going to school to be a chiropractor, so I have had extensive course work on anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and more. On top of that, I have been personal training for over 4 years, so I have a ton of hands on experience in this field.

With all services there are no contracts/commitments. Everything is done session by session or month by month for online. This makes it easy to stop training whenever you'd like. For gym personal training sessions, NO gym membership purchase is required!
