We provide one on one personal training, buddy training as well as group classes. We'll guide through your customized workout plans for your specific goals. We will also work with you nutritionally to meet your specific goals. First 3 30min sessions are free when clients are obtained from lessons.com.

I've been working with Pierre and his team for almost a year. I have lost only a few pounds, but what I've learned is that I have been replacing fat with muscle. So, the scale may not have moved much, my overal health has improved, I am leaner, more fit, and continue to make progress. I have learned so much about how nutrition is so important to my overall goals. He coached me, and then made sure I followed the plan. Each time I fell off the horse, he was there to put me back up and slapped the horse to continue forward. If you decide to join TBF, expect to work hard when you are there. After that, just follow the meal plan advice and you will see progress happening in a short time.
We invite you to visit our studio. We provide the first 3 half hour sessions free. The first session allows us to verify your abilities. The next two are sample workout sessions. From there, you can decide whether the trainer is a good fit for your goals.
Our trainers all have the basic personal training certifications. However, most have additional certifications, like nutritionists and advanced weight lifting.
For one on one trainging: $35 for hh, $55 for hr.
For buddy training, $35 pp for an hour
