What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talke to the client and find out what their fitness goals are before going on to the assessment phase of the fitness process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. I was also a trainer with the Federal Government as a U.S. Federal Agent teaching fitness and self-defense classes to other agents for re-certification for their job requirements. Taught courses to foreign nationals through the Department of State International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Program out of Mexico and the Middle East.
