As a Fitness Coach I will transform your body in three months with a fun lifestyle of fitness. I offer a variety of activities such as working out with weights, medicine balls, doing yoga, body weight exercises, hiking, jogging, mini-trampoline and many other ways to get in shape. We will be taking a before and after picture and within three months you will see the difference in your body in losing weight and inches. Designed to work at your abilities. For the past 20 years I have enjoy training my clients (children and adults) and watching them improve week after week. If it's better posture, toning up, gaining more energy, losing weight or building confidence it's rewarding to see the improvement. My clients become my friends. I tell them to give their workout 100% each time they show up no matter how they feel (except for being sick) and they alway feel good about their workout when their done.
The program that I train is a well rounded over all body, strength endurance approach. We do weightlifting, low weights with high reps. I am Certified as a Core Specialist and train people with High Intensity Internal or aerobic conditioning. This can done with medicine balls, yoga balls, weights, or just plain old body weight.
Some clients like to do yoga so We have done that. I have had people learn to run and end up training and running 5K's or longer. In each lesson there is a warm up and cool down for each lesson which is a must.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first day we will do an assessment to find out about strength, flexiblity, balance, endurance. I will do a measurement, weigh in, and Resting heart rate test and than take before and after pictures.
This is the starting point and we build up to doing more strengthing the whole body and serving their needs for the individual. Some people like weights and some like cardio vascular workouts. I work it all including yoga.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications: Personal Fitness Trainer Certification (NESTA), Fitness Nutrition Certification, Lifestyle Weight Management Certification, Sport Yoga Certification, Level 1 Track & Field and Cross Country Certification, and Stress Management Certification
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard Pricing: $35 per hour lesson purchasing a 10 class pass. Must attend two or 3 classes per week for discount. 10 class pass 377.58 with tax.
$40 per lesson once a week must purchase a 10 class pass $431.50 with tax.
Couples $55 per hour. Must purchase a 10 class pass.
How did you get started teaching?
Several years ago as a Recreation leader I taught Aerobic dance to kids, I was 17 years old at that time.
