both go hand in hand. I do a variety of training from strength & conditioning, muscle building to cardio, rehabilitation, form. I do a variety or treatments from stretching, joint mobilization and massage to help alleviate pain & soreness in joints and muscles.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Having the athlete perform the exercise or sport to view any error that needs correcting and also a one on one interview on what are their expectations and goals from myself as wellas

20 years coaching boys/girls basketball. 10 + years as a personal trainer, developing young athletes for competitive sports or just all around healthy lifestyle. Military training for athletes or individuals going into the military.
