T fit training is personal training focused on training tailored for individual needs in a safe environment where you can experience maximum results at the level where you are and gradually improve weight strength and endurance. All workouts are personalized to cater to individual fitness and weight loss goals. My personal training service is client focused. No matter your current weight, strength, schedule...I work with all circumstances and keep you motivated to achieve your goals!
When I first started training, one of my clients thanked me for saving her life! That was a pivotal moment in my career because I realized it is more than just counting reps and calories. The heart of what I do is help my clients realize their best self. Through fitness, my clients create healthy habits that stay them for the rest of their lives in turn changing the dynamic of their life on all levels.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
You will first have a health and fitness consultation where I get to know more about your fitness goals and establish where you are health wise. Based on the information, I will make recommendations to help you get to your goal.
