Hello! I’m Kyle Krummen, a local personal trainer at Paramount Fitness. I recently graduated from Heidelberg University, where I played baseball for four years.
I help people of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, and lasting habits in the gym. I also train athletes looking to improve performance, strength, and overall athletic development for their sport.
I offer personalized training programs, nutrition & habit coaching, 1-on-1 or online coaching, and sport-specific training for youth & adults
