Marshall Fitness is all about you and your quality of life improving one day at a time through consistent daily processes. An object in motion stays in motion. We create a personalized system that helps you stay on track and achieve your goals. I have been an athlete all my life and my favorite achievements are wrestling at Ohio University, running marathons, professional cycling, and professional power lifting and body building. My consistent dedication to my over all health and wellness is my favorite of all, I want to be able to stay active and have fun competing and training as I age gracefully.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start by an assessment of goals and the needs to achieve them. Discuss the process and explain the steps to take in order to achieve the goals. Provide a training schedule that works with their lifestyle. Be there every step of the way guiding them towards their finish line.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of running experience. 35 mile Ultra Marathon finisher 3 completed marathons sub 3 hour marathon sub 130 half marathon and too many half marathons to count, 4x4x48 finisher. Self taught by trial and error reading books and studying Olympic and professional athletes while developing my own style.

The pricing is based on time spent and type of training and amount of travel.
How did you get started teaching?
I always found myself in a position to coach and teach my siblings and friends growing up. I can't help myself I always am sharing my knowledge with teammates and I have helped multiple people learn to run and complete marathons and meet their strength and condition goals.

Professional, college, high school, and youth athletes.
