How did you get started teaching?
Got bit by the training bug during high school and college. Always participated in some kind of sport, been injured, learned from my mistakes, and decided to pursue my education as a personal trainer. My goal during my education was to learn how I can best help people that have gone through sport, have been injured and develop the knowledge to help them get back to a training routine that will improve their health and fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
We help anyone that has an athletic background and is 30+
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We host charity boot camps for various local charities. The community response is always great and a lot of fun!

We provide everything you need to, but we ask for communication and consistency to make the actions work for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
