Hi, I’m Sasha—martial arts instructor, certified personal trainer, Certified Breath Coach and Certified Emotional Resolution Practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping kids, teens, and adults build strength, confidence, and resilience.

Working with me is supportive, structured, and practical. I create a calm, encouraging environment where students feel safe to learn, explore, and grow. My sessions are engaging without being overwhelming, and I adapt every lesson to the individual—whether the goal is fitness, self-defense, emotional regulation, or overall well-being. You’ll learn through movement, problem-solving, and real-world application, not just repetition or memorized techniques.

In addition to private training and martial arts instruction, I’ve worked in the rehabilitation department at the Rhode Island State Psychiatric Hospital, where I helped patients and staff develop physical strength, stress-management skills, and emotional regulation under high-stress conditions. That experience shaped a teaching style rooted in patience, awareness, and adaptability—skills that translate directly to effective coaching for everyday people.

What sets me apart is my integrated approach. I combine martial arts, functional fitness, breathwork, and emotional resolution techniques to help students feel capable not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and develop confidence that carries into daily life.
