Millennia Nutrition And Fitness
About
My experience in combining several multi disciplinary approaches. First, I motivate my clients to change their negative thoughts for positive ones thus changing the way they think about nutrition and exercise. I personalized their nutrition so they can feel and perform better and finally I design a training program that enhances their physical appearance which in turn improves self esteem and outlook in their lives.
I love to make a difference in people's lives not just physically but also to help them achieve a better overall health.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It’s an easy process. Call me for your free consultation and feel free to ask any question you may have. If you think we are a good match, we will schedule an appointment to do an assessment and set up your fitness goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Fitness Trainer - CFT by the International Sports Sciences Association and a Certified Sports Nutritonist - CISSN by the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN).
I'm an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine and I have been published in the ACSM's Health & Fitness Journal.
How did you get started teaching?
I started doing what I do because I love to help people, and working in the Health and Fitness field is truly, very rewarding. I love that I can make a little difference in my clients lives.
What types of students have you worked with?
As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I had the opportunity to work in clinical settings helping patients improve their physical shape and their overall health status through a sensitive coaching approach, providing them with the right information when it comes to exercise and nutrition; some of these includes diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and obesity. I have worked with the geriatric population and done post-rehabilitation training for over 5 years. My experience also goes to improving body composition, in fact, most of my clients come to me for this particular reason. They want to lose unwanted body fat and toned their bodies so they can feel good and have lots of energy and better overall performance. In a nutshell, I’ve worked with different populations, from the elderly to the most athletic population.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Working at Saluda Lake Medical Center I have had the opportunity to impact a lot of lives from improving patients diabetes status to help them workout around chronic musculoskeletal pain. One particular case I had when I first open my company was that I have had the opportunity to help someone get out of anorexia by giving him the body he always wanted.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Since this is about your health, hire someone who has experience working with Health Care Professionals. Your trainer has to care about you and be honest and sensitive to you and your fitness goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Experience! I work with physicians who refer their patients to me because they trust the information and services I provide to their patients.
