is the owner of Renew Your Strength (RYS ) Fitness. He is NASM Certified personal trainer, fitness and nutrition specialist, and correctional exercise specialist who helps individuals from beginner to advanced reach their nutritional and fitness goals. Daniel has been actively training himself and others for over 25 years with proven results. His interest in health and nutrition led him to seek a degree in Sports Medicine from Jacksonville University. He has excelled in most sports and actively plays basketball, soccer, and dies mma conditioning.
