Pay as you go for the gym on the go!

Our primary service is an evening bootcamp where ALL exercise equipment are provided to you for $5 a class! There are no contract fees, just pay each time you take a class. Our classes include weight training and cardiovascular exercises that will help you reach your fitness goals! 

Never exercised in your entire life? No worries! We cater to your needs and make sure you are safe at ALL times. 

I have been personal training for over 10 years and I know what it takes to get to where you need to be through personal experience and application with my clients. I am very communicative with my clients and cheer them on as they strive to reach their fitness goals! 

Growing up I was very out of shape and suffered from asthma. I also wasnt born with God given athleticism, but through sheer will I taught myself how to get into shape. I lead by example and share my struggles and triumphs with my clients. My biggest enjoyment is when they take what I give to reach their goals! It gives me a great sense of teamwork and spreads a positive message throughout my service!

    Because of$5 fitness I was able to drop weight and fast. Total I dropped 120 in about a year's time. The instructor, JJ, is very knowledgeable about fitness and dieting and relates to almost everything I went thru during my journey. He's shown me how important posture and correcting my form is. He's taught me everything I know about dieting and working out. I truly feel like a different more educated person now. The class itself is fun, always switching it up, but at the same time teaching how repetition is key. And the fact that it's so affordable is crazy. This class has changed my life for the better forever.

    JJ puts time and thought into planning a workout that will best benefit his clients. He is positive, encouraging, and just strict enough to challenge you without overwhelming you. He gives tips all through for safety and form, and he models exercises and points out common pitfalls. It’s personal training in a group!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Whenever I have a new student I make sure to stay close to them at all times. I show them proper exercise form and constantly observe their movement throughout class. I also check on their well being (mentally and physically) after each exercise and class.
