About

My eachings involve focusing on the individual and seeing what works for them. Not only do I teach mixed martial arts but I focus on developing the mind as well. Having a strong mentality as well as physical training will determine one's success.

I enjoy working with both kids and adults. They both have their own approach to the meaning behind martial arts. Anytime you can practice your passion for a living is a blessing.

Seeing the spirit and strength endowed to my studenta as they grow and develop is the greatest reward that any teacher can ask for. Knowing that because of my work, many kids and teenagers will go through life with their held up high brings a smile to my face.

I started training when I was a teenager and worked through the ranks. I started helping out in class when I joined a Leadership training class. After I obtained my black belt it wasnt too long until I worked part time as an  instructor. Then about 7 years later I found myself still teaching and developing others and have enjoyed it since.

I've worked with everyone. Ranging from 4 years old to younger kids, adults and even those in their 60s. I've even helped out kids with special needs. Everyone has their own potential and develops at a different pace.

Just recently, I was a part of an elementary school Field day in which I had an oppotunity to be a rotating station for younger kids to practice their "Ninja Skills". The kids and parents had a blast and helped establish our business and place in the city of Bedford.

Be prepared to work hard and pratice through repitition. Muscle memory is core in martial arts training. Confidence and positivity will be one of the target points as you test and expand your body's limits.

There are never any wrong questions, just be sure to understand what it is your aiming for. Anything involving mixed martial arts training will help with fitness but mostly cater to those who wish to learn true self-defense.
