With over 17 years of experience as a personal trainer and health coach, I specialize in helping women transform their bodies and lives through customized fitness and nutrition programs. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and personalities, from seniors to pro athletes—each with unique goals—and pride myself on meeting every person exactly where they are.

My approach combines science-based training with a compassionate, motivating style. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I focus on creating sustainable habits that lead to lasting change. Im inspired by her path and commitment to helping me to achieve the vision I held for myself. With her guidance, my body has changed!! and Ive shifted to a lifestyle change. Its been three years since we started working together (since I moved) and I have maintained my weight effortlessly with a nice body composition. I know a lot of people gained weight during the pandemic, but I didnt. By the grace of God, because understand my body now, what it needs, how to nourish it and the basic activities I can do to keep it looking the way I want it to be.     Ruby has helped me a lot and I am very thankful I found her!
    I am in my 60s, overweight, and could not do things I wanted and needed to do. She has helped me lose weight and get stronger. For example, when I started with Ruby I was unable to paddleboard which is something I really wanted to do. I was not strong enough to pull myself up onto the board and even if I got on the board my balance was not good enough to stay on it. She worked with me on strength and balance and this summer I was able to paddleboard successfully.
    Ruby is ALWAYS punctual which has been important to me because the only time I could work out was during my lunch hour. She also has a very nice, pleasant personality and I am always glad to see her.
    Ruby is knowledgeable about nutrition and has helped me eat better and be more conscious of what and how much I eat. She has helped me many times with meal suggestions and recipes.

    The first step is a consultation to go over lifestyle, current activity level, nutrition, and goals. Depending on their goals, we develop a customized plan for them to help them efficiently reach their goals. Progress is tracked through weight, body fat measurements, and circumference measurements. 

    National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Health Coach, Womens Fitness Specialist, MMA conditioning, Weightloss Specalist. Certified in Aerialates, TRX, Kettle Bells, TRX rip trainer.

    At 25, I lost my mother to cancer and started my own journey with a personal trainer. I fell in love with the process and how I felt in my body and wanted to help other gain control of their health and confidence.
    Everyone ages 12-96 and all goal types from weight loss, muscle gain, specific sports improvement, mobility and everything in between.
    Is there just one? Any time I can watch someone gain control of their health is a big win for me. Weather it’s living life without pain, getting off blood pressure medication or finally feeling confident in their own skin again, my clients milestones always make my day.
    Not all trainers are created equal and most of what’s learned is learned over years of hands on experience and continued education. Finding a trainer who has experience with different injuries, age ranges, capabilities and goals as well as a track record of behavioral change and who knows how to properly progress workouts and training methods is key to long term success. This is not a 4 week process. To see real change that’s longterm, lifestyle changes and workout progression over and extended period of time are key. Most importantly, knowing we can all do hard things and that self accountability along with the accountability of your coach will get you the most amazing transformation.
    How dedicated they are to their goal, how to work around specific injuries, how much time they have to dedicate to dietary prep and exercise weekly any potential obstacles they may face and how to trouble shoot, how the teacher will progress them through the training OPT model and what relults they can expect if they adhere to the exercise and dietary recommendations.
