I have been working as a trainer and health coach for over 14 years. My approach is whole body wellness, and long term lifestyle changes to help women live their healthiest, best lives.

I believe in meeting each client where they are at in their wellness journey. There are many "one size fits all" approaches to fitness. I make each program customizable to the client, assisting their starting knowledge and abilities and working to progress from there. I believe in impowering my clients with knowledge and the knowing that they can do hard things. My goal as a trainer and health coach is to give you the tools to make lifelong changes through a stepladder of habit building (no crash diets here). My success as a trainer is having clients who have adopted habits and knowledge they can integrate into their lives for long term success.

Im inspired by her path and commitment to helping me to achieve the vision I held for myself. With her guidance, my body has changed!! and Ive shifted to a lifestyle change. Its been three years since we started working together (since I moved) and I have maintained my weight effortlessly with a nice body composition. I know a lot of people gained weight during the pandemic, but I didnt. By the grace of God, because understand my body now, what it needs, how to nourish it and the basic activities I can do to keep it looking the way I want it to be. Do yourself a favor and follow her guidelines on tracking your food. Youll learn so much, and it will serve you in the future. If I didnt move Id still be working with Ruby.     Ruby has helped me a lot and I am very thankful I found her!
    I am in my 60s, overweight, and could not do things I wanted and needed to do. She has helped me lose weight and get stronger. For example, when I started with Ruby I was unable to paddleboard which is something I really wanted to do. I was not strong enough to pull myself up onto the board and even if I got on the board my balance was not good enough to stay on it. She worked with me on strength and balance and this summer I was able to paddleboard successfully.
    Ruby is ALWAYS punctual which has been important to me because the only time I could work out was during my lunch hour. She also has a very nice, pleasant personality and I am always glad to see her.
    Ruby is knowledgeable about nutrition and has helped me eat better and be more conscious of what and how much I eat. She has helped me many times with meal suggestions and recipes.

    Ruby is very flexible in terms of working with my needs at the moment. Ive had a few injuries and she has been able to accommodate to that. Also if Im trying to loss weight or gain muscle, whatever my goal is at the time. Her meal plans are great as well, I can truly tell a difference.
