With over 17 years of experience as a personal trainer and health coach, I specialize in helping women transform their bodies and lives through customized fitness and nutrition programs. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and personalities, from seniors to pro athletes—each with unique goals—and pride myself on meeting every person exactly where they are.
My approach combines science-based training with a compassionate, motivating style. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I focus on creating sustainable habits that lead to lasting change. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is a consultation to go over lifestyle, current activity level, nutrition, and goals. Depending on their goals, we develop a customized plan for them to help them efficiently reach their goals. Progress is tracked through weight, body fat measurements, and circumference measurements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Health Coach, Womens Fitness Specialist, MMA conditioning, Weightloss Specalist. Certified in Aerialates, TRX, Kettle Bells, TRX rip trainer.
