What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We find a time that works best for you. Allow yourself 15 minutes to complete your health history and then we get started. We complete exercise testing weigh-ins and measures on the 1 st Monday of every month to see how you are coming along on your fitness improvements.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I recommend finding a personality you enjoy being around. If your trainer makes you uncomfortable, you will not want to stick with your program. There are many trainers out there. Don’t set yourself up with someone who you don’t enjoy being around. You can find another.
