About
I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working with 1on1 clients, to group training. I train out of a private gym, so there aren't any distractions, and no need to feel intimidated. So if you're look for group functional training, 1on1 custom programming, bodybuilding or powerlifting, I have a program for you.
I love helping people reach their goals, and becoming the best version of themselves!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When we first get started we go over health history, workout history, so we can build a program that's just right for you. A well rounded trainer would never throw a beginner into an advance program, and this is seen all to often! Injuries occur this way. I will teach you proper body mechanics, for best results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken sports medicine courses, I'm certified through the American Council on Exercise, I've coached over 4,000 group fitness strength classes, over 5,000 1on1 sessions. At my last cooperate gym, I received the highest trainer score in the western region out of 158 studios, and all their trainers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices start at 60 dollars for remote coaching, this includes your macros, and access to me when needed for assistance. I do weekly check-ins via phone, or video call. 1on1 training starts at, 45 per session the more you buy, per session price goes down, this includes macros, body fat scan, video calls, weekly check-ins. Group training starts at 60, and goes up to 150.
How did you get started teaching?
I've always had a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals, so one day I decided why not become an actual professional, and share my talent, and help people become the best version of themselves.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all walks of life. People with injuries, professional athlete's; basketball players, MMA fighters, bodybuilders, and powerlifters, and your average Joe's.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your home work! Ask for a free session, shop around. Do feel a difference from 1 trainer to the next? Did they correct your form? How do they program? Be picky, or you won't see result.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask me anything! No question is a dumb question when it comes to your health.
