Growing up, I struggled with my weight. Discovering fitness changed my entire life. I became passionate about the mental and physical benefits of working out. Wherever you are in your health journey, I’ve been there myself and am here to help you achieve your goals.
My approach to fitness is inspired by my time competing in the Highland Games, an ancient Scottish sport. The Highland Games require a combination of functional strength, balance, and technical skill. I’ve implemented these fundamentals into my everyday fitness philosophy, along with the Highlander ethos of loyalty and mental toughness.
I spent three years as a trainer in a corporate environment, which enabled me to earn best-in-class education and certifications. I’m licensed in the U.S. through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
