About
We forge resilient humans through physical culture. Patryk holds a master's degree in nutrition and exercise science and brings 3 years of coaching experience to the table. We don't do any gimmicks commonly found in training and sports performance. Instead, we used results-driven programming to drive long term development and reduce injury risk through effective training methodology.
