Katie is such an inspirational leader. I don't live in Madison, but every time I visit, I attend a class. I've brought my kids to her classes, also. Private sessions are all about you! On the initial visit, we will spend a little time discussing goals and needs. I design each set to cater to your specific abilities and desired outcome. Katie has over 500 hours of yoga training. She completed her initial Kundalini Yoga training with Guru Anand Kaur in 2005. She's since attended several workshops and training sessions with renowned yogis Gurumukh Kaur Khalsa, Gary Kraftsow, Ravi Singh, and Ana Brett. Ravi Singh is her mentor and they offer teacher training continuing education immersion series and more! Katie has hosted Grammy-nominated performing artist Snatum Kaur in Madison. She has experience working with all ages and abilities including kids, elderly, prenatal, people with autism, persons with blindness and deafness, and all genders. She is the leading kids yoga teacher in Madison. Katie Muschlewski is the creator and author of "Yoga Sprouts! Child & Caregiver Yoga Adventures," published in 2013. Katie also sings in the kirtan band, Zuddha Maya, which brings mantra meditation to community sing-along events.

I read my first yoga book as a teen. In college, I took a Yoga Motion class that combined African Dance and Kundalini Yoga. It was so much fun! I've been practicing Kundalini Yoga ever since. It has helped prepare me for birth, overcome trauma, and step into my full potential. What a gift Kundalini Yoga is! Because of these benefits, I was drawn to teaching. After overcoming adrenal fatigue, I began coaching. I now help driven, professionals overcome the pain of sleep deprivation so they can finally sleep like a baby, get the rest they deserve, and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world.
