NUTRITION- We work closely with each individual, looking at current diet, and empowering them with the knowledge of diet and training necessary for them to take control and responsibility of their own fitness and physique. We customize every diet per the individuals medical history, goals, and "tweak" it weekly as needed!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, a basic phone consultation where I can gather a brief oversight of what the client/students goals are. It is then we set up a meet & greet consultation in which I go over my recommendations for nutrition/fitness program. This is when I also like to obtain a complete medical history to assure I take in all aspects in composing a result filled fitness plan.

Yes but we run specials at differnet times of the year!!
200$ monthly for group training of up to 4 people which includes custamized nutrition plan, Two 1 hour training sessions at ENG1INE where its completely private, mobile app that will have your program laid out for you to follow at home with video guided workouts.
20$ for single sessions to try out a week!
