I value the significance of indvidualized programming to enable clients to reach their goals. I will hold you accountable and guide you in supportive, encouraging way.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always like to carry out a 15-20 minute telephone conversation to understand a little of the students background and what i can offer to help them in the process. From a successful discussion i would conduct a free initial consultation that looks at client goals and a quick movement analysis. If the student/client wishes to move forward we would begin to formulate a training plan and conduct a thorough assessment of functional movements.
