We are a complete fitness community with CrossFit and Bootcamp group workouts, personal training options, and nutrition coaching and management.

We are passionate about helping people get on a path to fitness. We tackle the barriers to entry with personal attention to get you started, a different workout everyday to keep you from getting bored, and a supportive community to keep you coming back!

    My whole family loves this box. The owners, the coaches, and especially all of the other people that are showing up to work out right along side us, they show love and support to everyone that walks in the door. The programs are strong and they always take extra time to make sure each and everyone understands what the movements are and how to scale them as needed.

    Ive never been much of a gym guy. The only times I ever tried ended as nothing more than a waste of time. Until a buddy invited me to RCCF. Pretty soon I was hooked. I couldnt get enough. I went from never in a gym, to now 5 or 6 times a week in the box. Inspired and motivated like never before, I found a family to hold me accountable and cheer me on. The coaches at RCCF tailor the WODs to meet my needs and help me to be the best me-to reach goals that stretch, but that are attainable.
    I have been to other boxes. And while I love crossfit as a whole, RCCF is home. The community there cant be beat! My wife is now hooked as well, and the kids love it too. We are here to stay!

    It’s a community there. I didn’t expect that. The coaches are authentic and sincere. I’ve never been made to feel bad if I couldn’t do something. They modify the workouts to whatever fitness level you are. If you need to focus on nutrition, they will help you with that too.

    Frequently asked questions

    For CrossFit, we start with a 4 personal sessions to review current fitness and mobility levels. Then we teach a variety of movements that are typical to a CrossFit workout and all the modifications that they can use during their workout. This creates a comfort knowing that no matter what the WOD (workout is the day) is, he or she will be confident and with the support of the coach be able to fully participate in any workout! 

    For Bootcamp, just come ready for a fun workout. No preparation is required!

    All CrossFit owners and coaches are required to take and pass the Level 1 CrossFit Certification and are retested every 5 years. 

    Prices are dependent on the best fitness prescription for the individual. We can determine that at our “No Sweat Intro” where we meet with each prospective student and determine the best course of action based on their goals.
