What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For CrossFit, we start with a 4 personal sessions to review current fitness and mobility levels. Then we teach a variety of movements that are typical to a CrossFit workout and all the modifications that they can use during their workout. This creates a comfort knowing that no matter what the WOD (workout is the day) is, he or she will be confident and with the support of the coach be able to fully participate in any workout!
For Bootcamp, just come ready for a fun workout. No preparation is required!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All CrossFit owners and coaches are required to take and pass the Level 1 CrossFit Certification and are retested every 5 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices are dependent on the best fitness prescription for the individual. We can determine that at our “No Sweat Intro” where we meet with each prospective student and determine the best course of action based on their goals.
