I love first place fit! They are super flexible around your schedule. I was nervous about joining a gym for the first time but they make you feel right at home and are so understanding! I highly recommend!!!

I am where I am today because of 1st Place Fit. In under a year my life was changed. I had someone teach me what it truly means to lead a healthy lifestyle. I was made to feel like family and I knew everything we did was to make me better. I cant argue the results I got. You wont find anyone as attentive or willing to push you outside of your comfort zone.
