Hi, I’m Avry — a certified personal trainer of 3 years with specializations in nutrition and bodybuilding through ISSA. I help clients build strength, burn fat, and feel confident through customized training plans that fit their goals and lifestyle. My approach is a mix of discipline from my U.S. Marine Corps background and genuine support to keep you motivated and on track. I was completely new to the gym but was fortunate to have Avry as my guide to help me navigate getting back in shape. He showed me how to build a routine to increase overall fitness, multiple exercises to target different muscle groups when you may not have the option of “that one perfect machine” or weight bench, how to maintain progress and overcome plateaus. Avry also covers nutrition and what you need to fuel and maintain your hard fought progress.
