Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Standard pricing is currently near $20 per session.

How did you get started teaching?

I got started because it was tough to find an actual Physical Education teaching job.  So I elected to Personal Training and never looked back!

What types of students have you worked with?

All kinds!  I've trained the winner of the Biggest Loser show.  Have had many people lose 100lbs.  I train senior citizens, middle age, and children for sports.  I also specialize in competition prep.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I'm very happy to help a client attain an additional 400% range of motion to help with her shoulder surgery.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Many trainers are starting off and our inexperienced with working at clients levels.  Hire a professional and educated trainer to get the best results for your time.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Be specific as you can about any goals that you thrive to achieve.  Write them down.
