I've worked with Terrance for 5 years, I trust him implicitly with my health and fitness. His level of knowledge and skill is unprecedented, especially in this day and age of "big box" gyms. He takes the time, patience to get to know his clients, and helps them develop plans that are appropriate for whatever issues they're facing, whether it's an IT Band issue, bad knees, etc. He is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever worked with. Cannot recommend his gym highly enough.
I love the atmosphere they have at TI. No matter if you are brand new or have been working out there for years, Terrence, Emily and Tanner always make you feel like family. They are all very knowledgeable and always have your best interest and they want to you be successful in the goals that you have for yourself!
