I have several specialist certificates so I can accomodate a variety of cleints. I love to work with seniors because I feel they especially need to improve their strength and balance.

I am a senior, so I can relate to those who are older, although I have had younger clients. I work at their homes or apartment gyms and at my residential fitness center.

Frequently asked questions

The first session is to get to know then, what are their goals, also some basic paperwork, medical questions and depending on the answers I may ask for a doctor's OK for training.

This session is always free. Between us we decide on a plan of frquency, I also explain what the firat wo or three sessions will incorporate.....which is basic testing of cardio ability, strength and flexibility.

I have over 30 years of teaching, which included coaching various sports, also special classes for seniors in a Y type environment. I have previously listed my qualifications.

My pricing is $45 per hour, if a client wants two or three sessions per week we then can negotiate a lower hourly rate.
