I enjoyed the one on one attention and personalized workout. I appreciate the motivational messages and the meal plan. The virtual setup makes it feel like the trainer is right in the room with me.

William’s personal training and experience is amazing!! He’s the perfect fitness trainer who implements boxing techniques. He’s patient, encouraging, yet he challenges me to push my body to its limits which is everything that I was looking for in a personal trainer!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My typical process for working with a new student is getting to know them as a human being 1st. While we would be getting acquainted I'd like to talk about their goals as far as Fitness whether it be casual or going for broke. We all have that sweet spot that we would like to reach. Secondly I would size them up and ask to elaborate on their body type and there thoughts. I would be able to get a mindset of where they are mentally. (There's no "bad" place) We always start off at ground level and gage from there on out. The more we engage intellectually the more we loosen mentally. And that's when the fun begins...
