I am a highly experienced and versatile International Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. With over 30 years of expertise as a personal trainer for UK celebrities, I bring a wealth of knowledge and certifications to ensure top-notch fitness training for your clients. I was the Feature Fitness Writer for a National UK Magazine. A Master Trainer and Fitness Examiner for the AOGB and I traveled throughout Europe conducting workshops, masterclasses and certifying fitness instructors and personal trainers.

My extensive list of certifications includes AFAA, NAFC, AOGB, and many more, covering a wide range of fitness modalities. From Les Mills Body Pump (AIM) and Body Combat to cycling, step, Tabata, HIIT, and strength training.
