We don't just work out for the sake of working out! Everyone needs a different plan for exercise and nutrition to account for differences in schedule, tastes and preferences, injuries and limitations, prior experience, etc. I always begin with a consultation in order to learn about you and your lifestyle. This is necessary so that I can develop a plan that will set you up for success.

Yes. All plans are month to month, and start at $40/hour session.The rate varies based on your type of training and frequency.
My degree is originally in economics and I worked in the corporate world after college. I worked with a phenomenal trainer and achieved results I never thought possible. I was hooked- and decided to follow my passion and help others achieve the same results that I had.
Over the past 8 years I've worked with people of all types from 12 to 86, from athletes to those 200 pounds overweight to clients with severe injuries or disabilities.
Look for a COACH, not just someone who can give workouts. A monkey can give a tough workout- but you'll need a coach to both develop AND hold you accountable to the right nutritional and exercise programs that work within your lifestyle and tastes.
