Five star Coach who cares about his clients as he individualizes training programs and meal plans. I have lost over 20 pounds and gained muscle. I am training for my first Masters competion and could not have a better Coach. Thank you Coach Michael!😊

Michael is awesome! I first sought out extra training and help getting my food. It's amazing what happens when you stick to the plan and trust the process. I had lost 30 pounds of fat, gained muscle, and got stronger. Then continuing on, took my training to a different level, and decided to do my very first competition. It's really been great. I've done personal training, group training, and classes with Michael. I am not sorry I started. I'm so thankful for everything he's been able to do for me!

Michael is a great coach for training for any goal.. whether it's weight lifting, losing weight, getting in shape, etc. He is very friendly, encouraging and smart. I've just started my training plan and it's been great so far! He keeps me on track and truly cares about my progress and helping me reach my goals. Looking forward to seeing my results!

I truly enjoyed working with Michael. I found that he was invested in my health and he custom designed a program to meet my needs. Michael was available to answer any questions that I had as well as to give me encouragement along the way. Thank you, Michael, for all your hard work and dedication that you gave to me during the time we worked together. I learned a lot about nutrition, vitamins and I received weekly challenging workouts too.
