At ENEX Performance we believe it’s our mission to empower people to reach their apex in all areas of health and performance to endure a life-long change.
We are based in Phoenix/Tempe, Arizona. Our Performance Coaches have a combined 19 years of strength and conditioning and personal training experience from everyday adults to professional athletes. All of our Performance Coaches have vast experience and CSCS certifications to solidify their expertise.
We provide high quality training programs and coaching for individuals that are ready and willing to positively challenge themselves to achieve their health and performance goals. We pride ourselves on developing a family-like atmosphere that can offer you support, guidance, and accountability. Whether you’re an athlete looking to gain the competitive edge on your opponent or a person simply looking to move and feel better, we are here to give your training a purpose.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We initiate all new clients and athletes with an initial meeting/phone call to get to know each client/athlete on a personal level such as occupation/sport, goals, hobbies, favorite food, family, etc. Given the plan signed up for, we will then perform a Movement Assessment to get to know the client/athletes body to see what each individual needs to properly move more efficiently.
From there each client/athlete will receive a personalized training program (depending on the plan signed up for).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our performance coaches has a B.S. in Exercise and Wellness and are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists through the NSCA.

Prices vary depending on location, plan, length, and training type.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with everyday adults looking for general health, youth (ages 6-13), high school, college, and professional athletes.
The sports we have worked with include football, basketball, baseball, track, cross country, soccer, softball, golf, lacrosse, hockey, etc.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
We are all about PERFORMANCE, whether than be jumping a 40" vertical to dunk, increasing your leg strength to better tackle on the football field, improve strength and arm care for a pitcher trying to throw 90mph, or a grandmother wanting to play with her grandchildren without pain or fatigue.
We separate ourselves by implementing functional performance training to assist the body in functioning for any task!
