Mountain View Pilates
About
I teach, train, plan and program, the traditional Pilates method, with a twist; but also incorporate functional movement methodologies and standard , yet creative , Personal Training Fitness techniques. I use my own system of the 30/30 approach. Each session will include 30 min of Pilates foundational to advanced moves,on specialized equipment and mat; and 30 min of functional and/or Strength training. This combination allows for the most effective yet fun and interesting training program. Each session is tailored toward every individual's personal goals, needs , and physical limitations.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meet & Greet. I take time to get to know alot aboit my new students! I always ask what their profession Is, and how they go about their day. This tells me alot about how they are moving or not moving, their bodies. I have them verbalize their goals, if comfortable, then write them down. We talk realistic goal planning, touch on nutrition, which gets more detailed later on. A physical pre assessment is always done. I am very particular about collecting as much info as I can to help me effectively program. Most especially about injuries and any physical limitations. Corrective work, homework, and programs given . Each client completes a waiver, profile and medical release.
