What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typical process will begin with a long 15 minute warm up to get our muscles and ligaments nice and ready before any teaching of self defense will begin. Preferably starting with 5 minutes of jump rope, then a follow along array of different stretching and breathing techniques!
