What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will meet for a free consultation so that we have the opportunity to get to know you, your habits, and your goals. It will also allow us to watch you move to address any imbalances or restricitons, so that we can develop a program that addresses those for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACSM Certified Personal Trainers, Associate Degree in Sport and FItness Management, and Strength and Conditioning.
