Health is wealth. Our society is in troubling times when it comes to taking accountability for one's health & fitness. There's a lot in life that is honestly out of our control, and although genes play a small role in certain illnesses and ailments, all of the top causes of early death and chronic disease are preventable through proper exercise and nutrition. When my clients first learn that they truly can take complete control of their health, the sense of self confidence and empowerment they acquire is unmatched in any facet of life. The thing I enjoy most about personal training and being a health coach is the holistic physical and mental transformation that happens when a client reaches their goals and realizes their true potential for growth, not only in fitness, but life in general.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially we will go through a free workout/consultation session to assess your current physical fitness level and highlight any muscle imbalances and/or injuries that will need to be adressed. We'll also discuss your fitness goals and current nutrition/lifestyle habits and talk about a gameplan on how to go about accomplishing those goals in the quickest yet most sustainable way possible. After I break down for you what workout modality will work best and a realistic timeline for the achievement of the goal, then I will construct a custom personal training pricing package and you can decide if you'd like to hire me or continue your journey in your own. No pressure to buy large training packages, although most clients do ;) you will walk away with a clearer picture on how to achieve the body and performance you've been striving for.
