My name is Gloria Kamil and my specailty is women fitness for all ages. Whether it's endurance training, weight training, felixibilty I can get the job done. I've been certified as a Pro Fitness Trainer for 20 years from ACE the acroynm for American Concil on Exercise. In addition I am certified as a Weight Management Specialist, Mat Pilates, Herbalist and Aromotherpay. I've been serving women throughout the bay area with proven results.I have a private studio located in a secure building with free parking in Oakland located off the 880 freeway. I meet my clients were they are in their fitness and nutrition level. I am extremely knowlegeable in natural nutrition. My truth is that quality nutrition and fitness go hand and hand togerther. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When I take on a new client, the first appointment is over the phone to see if we are a good fit for one another. The phone conversation will allow me to know more about you and vice versa. If we find that we are a good fit and you would like to move forward. We will schedule an in-person appointment for a nutrition and fitness consultation. This is an indepth consultation that can run up to an hour or a liitle longer during that time we spend together we will address your goals, habits etc. and desried results you would like to acheive. In addition we go over the various training days, time and other options and fitness training packages. I will give my professional recommendation the number of days and package that will fit client needs and avaiabilty to start the training. After this consultation we will set up a time for a fitness assesment. The fitness assessment may last up to 60 minutes or more and will include an InBody 570 body composition analysis to determine how much total lean mass, sketetal lean mass, subcutaneous fat, and visceral fat; the unhealthy fat and more followed by interpertation of the results. Afterward we will proceed to the physical test which will include a series of various execises to test your endurance, felixibilty, strength, mobility and balance.
