Jack is a great trainer. He knew which exercises were best for me, and he really helped me push my limits. Jack is positive, encouraging, and also structured to help me stay accountable. He also gave me great eating suggestions to help me with my goals. Highly recommended!
Jacks a very good trainer that really explains the exercises well, always makes me work up a sweat, and helped me get back into game shape for my soccer club tournaments. Looking forward to working with him more.
